Ideal for pairing with grilled meats such as beef and steak cuts, it also pairs wonderfully with Americana favourites like burgers as well as dishes utilizing dark chocolate, mint, black pepper, or thyme. For cheese pairings, Cheddars and blue cheeses make excellent companions.
