Product Description

Tasting Notes:

Featuring vibrant flavors of blackberry, red cherry, and black cherry, this medium-bodied, fruit-driven wine offers intriguing hints of cherry pits, subtle leather notes, and hints of licorice. With medium-plus acidity and medium tannins, it provides great pairing to a variety of tapas and grilled foods including game bird, chicken dishes, tuna, and beef.  It also works well with salami, and olives. For cheese, fuller semi-hard varieties like Manchego complement the wine well.
