It's earthy and complex, with notes of angelica, tarragon, sage, fennel, star anise, delicate citrus blossom, and woodsy undertones. Mist into a classic cocktail or enjoy it dliuted with 5 parts of cold water and a bit of sugar for a traditional absinthe service.
