About Les Fleurs
Harvested from vineyards spanning different altitudes and north-facing slopes, the grapes undergo cold maceration prior to fermentation. Following this, the wine is aged in concrete vessels. The commitment to sustainability extends beyond winemaking techniques, with the use of feather-light bottles made from 90% recycled glass. The entire Fleurs collection is crafted from organically grown grapes, proudly bearing organic certification from France and the EU.
