Product Description
Tasting Notes:
Derived from 12 different clones of Pinot Noir that Morgan uses across their different vineyards, this medium-bodied wine is driven by dark fruit flavors, with prominent notes of dark raspberry and ripe cherries. The palate is further enhanced by subtle earthy undertones and a hint of bell pepper, adding complexity and depth. The wine boasts medium-plus acidity and medium-plus tannins, which provide a well-balanced structure and a lingering finish. Ideal pairings include grilled salmon and tuna, mushrooms, lighter red meats, duck, sausages, and pesto. It also complements root vegetables like beets, and cheeses such as Brie, Feta, and Gruyère.
