The medium-plus acidity adds balance to the wine’s slight sweetness. Perfect for pairing with mildly spicy dishes and Asian-influenced cuisine (especially Thai) cuisine, it provides contrast to the spice of these foods. Additionally, it pairs well with pork, as well as fruit, mild curries, and ginger. Soft, mild blue cheeses and triple crème Brie also find an ideal companion in this wine.
