Product Description

Tasting Notes:

This round, aromatic wine features vibrant notes of lemon juice and lemon pith, complemented by floral hints of honeysuckle and a touch of apricot and white pepper. Medium-plus acidity provides a refreshing lift, enhancing its bright, zesty profile. Ideal pairings include seafood dishes, especially those with octopus, white fish, or shellfish, as well as chicken and vegetables like artichoke and asparagus. For cheese pairings, look to Feta or other fresh goat cheeses, and Gruyère.

About Skaramuča

The viticulture and winemaking tradition of the Skaramuča family are deeply rooted in Pelješac's history, dating back generations. In 1992 after the fall of communism, founder Ivo Skaramuča had his first shot at private grape and wine production in Croatia, marking the beginning of the winery's remarkable journey. Through hard work and a passion for winemaking, Ivo established Skaramuča as one of Dalmatia's most esteemed wine brands, leaving an indelible mark on the region's wine scene. His legacy lives on through his children, Igor Skaramuča and Ivana Anđelić, who continue to uphold the family's traditions. Skaramuča Winery, renowned as one of Croatia's largest private winemakers, boasts the largest vineyard in the Dingač area, situated in prominent locations across the Pelješac peninsula within the Pelješac district and Dingač wine area.
