Product Description
Tasting Notes:
This lean, dry wine offers a a textbook profile of Alsatian Riesling, with big dominant notes of lime zest and lime juice and crisp green apple, complemented by intriguing hints of petrol, delicate white flowers, and wet stone. Its high acidity ensures a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel and a precise, clean finish. Perfect pairings include slightly spicy dishes and Asian-influenced cuisine like Thai food or mild curries, as the acidity and lime notes balance the heat and flavours. It also pairs excellently with Oysters Rockefeller, prosciutto, sauerkraut, pork, ginger and fresh fruit. For cheese lovers, this wine harmonizes beautifully with Comté, soft, mild bleu cheeses, and triple crème Brie.
